Books & Co. at The Greene, 7:00p.m. Come hear Sarah read from her new book, Nancy Love and the WASP Ferry Pilots of World War II, and talk about her inspiration for this ground-breaking aviation biography, the research and the writing. Wings of Women (WOW), a program for young high-school-aged women from the Dayton area promoting careers in aviation and related fields. Sarah and WASP Nadine Nagle will present a slide show program about the WASP and Sarah also will speak briefly about her WASP books, including the new Nancy Love biography. Sarah and Nadine serve as mentors for the program and Sarah is also on the planning committee. WOW is part of the National Aviation Hall of Fame weekend, which features the 2008 Induction Banquet & Ceremony. Nancy Love was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2005.
